  Recently interviewed for a position with the engineering team and could not have been more impressed. This organization puts a very strong emphasis on a positive company culture and they truly understand what it means to be a great company. During the interview we discussed my resume background but it was not the significant portion of my time there. They were much more interested in the mindset I had, if I was capable of being a coachable team player, what I wanted my future to hold and if I would be an overall good fit with the company. Through my interactions with the people there and walk through of the office it was clear that they have invested great effort into the happiness of their employees. I believe it would be a privilege to work there and certainly a good experience for anyone looking to do business with this company.

  Recently interviewed for an open position and was shocked that the office manager said to me "I don't read resumes so tell me about yourself". The HR manager could not keep focused on me but kept looking out the glass door at who was passing by. Of course I'm used to explaining my background but was put off by the attitude that an interviewer would not take the time to review my background. I reviewed their background and after the interview was not very impressed at all. If you are looking to work with a professional company I would take a pass.
