  They seemed like they like to deal with people that know what they are looking for. The counter man was very helpful, I asked him if he could pull the parts so I can compare them, he did it without hesitation. I was able to fix my dryer thanks to them. Also, they had all I need it in stock. Call in advance.

  Employees have great algorithms for solving part identification problems and have been very patient in helping me identify parts for my refrigerator which does not have a serial number (which is very problematic) with great success.

  Went to Tribles to pick up a igniter for a gas oven. Very knowledgeable, decent prices, and one of the only B&M stores in the area to get appliance parts.
