  Triad Security Systems is a great security company! I recommend whoever is looking to install a security system or monitoring in general should choose this company. They are friendly, understanding, and economically friendly! The staff is professional and amazing as well. They give you a real personal feel. These guys know what they are doing! You won't be disappointed. I got a some security cameras installed in my home and the resolution is just phenomenal - real quality stuff!

  We use Triad at multiple sites in the tristate area for our video surveillance systems and card access control systems. They are a quality company with quality people. After using multiple companies over the years they stand out head and shoulders over the others. Their service in my opinion is second to none, very responsive. I highly recommend this company .

  They used Cat 2 phone wire when they could have used LAN wire. Most of the camera cabling failed just due to wind. DVR hard disk failed within 2 years, Remote LCD flickers all the time. They subcontract out the work and the guy went out of business so I had no support. Went to them to get help and they laughed at me. I ripped the whole thing out and bought IP cameras from Amazon. Then purchased $50 software called Blue Iris to connect to all the cameras. Whole thing cost $200 for modern IP camera system, where I paid $5000 plus labor with these guys. Not worth the money. They will go out of business soon anyways due to the cheap new technology. No need to go there.
