  I've read a lot of reviews and many were not great. However, I had no problems at all. Got the lowest price anywhere on a GoPro Hero 5 Black with free shipping. I considered paying more for faster shipping but stuck with the free option. It was delivered the day after I ordered! Perfect transaction for me and no complaints at all.

  BUYER BEWARE - price hiking for the holidays to simply take advantage of you! One day I put camera in cart - sent them a question regarding the item - I even included a picture of their ad with the item number and the advertised price! They finally responded to my question and when I went finalize the purchase the price went up $32. I asked if they would honor the original price - and resent the email with the original price and picture. They could care less about honoring anything except for deceiving as many consumers as possible during this holiday season. They claim it was on special - but they did not advertise that it was on special. Seriously I hold a high level management position with a major retailer - if they think I don’t know exactly what they are doing they are sadly mistaken and they obviously think their consumers are not educated. I would never lose a sale for $30! Awful customer service and blatant unethical advertising practices

  I ordered my Canon Rebel t6 from Tri-state on a Saturday evening. On Monday morning, I received a phone call from a very friendly gentleman to confirm my order and make sure they had the correct shipping information. He asked if I would like to purchase the extra warranty (wasn't pushy about it) and if I needed an SD card. He told me it would be mailed out that day, and I should have it by Friday. It actually came a day early, to my excitement! Everything was brand new, factory sealed. I couldn't be happier with my camera, and I will most definitely order from them again!

  Purchased a camera from them on eBay. The camera did not ship for a few days and out of nowhere the order was canceled and my money was refunded. When I finally received a response stating that they were out of stock I knew it was a lie as they had already created a new listing on eBay for the same camera. Looking back on their feedback from the last month its apparent I wasnt the only person they did this to. Multiple different lies as to why they canceled the orders. My best guess is they were trying to get people to re-purchase the camera at the newly increased price. In the end I just purchased the same camera direct from Canon and am actually glad I didn't end up having to deal with these low lifes.

  I ordered a Nikon D7100 bundle package 10 days ago, it was saying the lens is brand of Nikon, but they shipped Tamron lens. Also with other missing items. Then I called them and emailed them for several times, they just spend time to talk to me and then either hung up or told me that they would call back, however they never did. Terrible terrible purchase experience with them. They are NOT responsible for their sales, they do NOT take care of their customer at all. I spent these much time to talk to them end up with nothing, now I spend time to tell you guys if you choose them, what service you would get. too Bad. I never leave comments after purchase as I typically do NOT do that, but this time, I just felt that no more people should be treated this way. do NOT purchase from them!
