::Very professional and attentive staff. George Slider was our sales consultant and was a pleasure to work with. He answered all my questions promptly and gave me quotes when I requested. Previously I went to BMW did not receive very good service. I had read the Consumer Reports issue about cars and found that Lexus had some of the highest customer satisfaction ratings of any car manufacturer. I made an appointment to come in and George made me feel relaxed and comfortable from the moment I arrived. The finance department handled the paperwork and was very helpful in explaining the process and necessary forms that had to be completed and signed. It was the first time I had ever leased a car at Tri county Lexus made it a seamless and less daunting experience than I had expected.

::Hassan answered the phone when I called and was ready for us when we arrived . I wanted to help transition my dad into a newer Lexus and keep within budgets. He was patient worked with us and helped us right through taking the car he wanted. He is just a lovely asset! So happy we got to know him

::Terrible customer service. Dealer called us. My husband was lied to twice. First was told someone would call me back within 40-50 minutes. Well after an hour he called the dealer back. Sales rep said they didn’t have a chance to talk to the manager and that they were busy. Why would they call you if they were too busy? Second was told an email outlining the vehicle we were asking about would be sent. No email was ever sent. Called the next day to speak to the GM and he was first put on hold while they contact the GM. Then they put him to voicemail. He calls back and “Jonathan” is extremely rude and says he is in a meeting and can’t be disturbed. Ends up hanging up on my husband. He calls dealer back and a woman says the GM will be available at 10:15-10:20. Husband calls back at 10:30 and is told the GM will call back. Gets a call 5 minutes later from and salesman. The salesman says the GM is not even in the dealership yet. Don’t go here. They do NOT exceed even your highest expectations as their recording says. We plan on lashing a complaint with Lexus as well.

::Sarah was excellent. She was easy to work with and was very understanding. I didn't think I was going to be able to drive away with the car I wanted but when Sarah helped working out the details, I was able to commit to Lexus. Definitely the person to go see at this dealership. Thank you Sarah! Only thing that’s really upsetting here is having to wait an hour for a car wash. Not kidding. For a car wash that you get for being a customer
