  live across the street so it has been my go-to place on a weekly basis for years and years. the staff know me by sight. i've hosted birthday dinners and special events there. sometimes i sit at the bar, other times with a friend at a table.an incident last night reflects the changing nature of the place for the worse: met a friend for drinks at 6pm. sat outside in the garden. around 7:15pm her husband called to ask if he could join us for a drink for 25 min before the two of them went off to a gallery event nearby. not only did the manager refuse to add a chair to our table, she asked us to leave: told us that she couldn't let us to occupy "prime real estate" for drinks only--keep in mind that we had already ordered 2 glasses of wine each ($52 total), and a full charcuterie board ($32), and wanted to order more food and wine. the manager was very rude (her voice was shaking), and this was after the waitress refused to bring us a second plate of popcorn, a nibble they offer like bread. and yet, due to the inattentiveness of the waiter we ended up sitting there another *45 minutes* before he brought the check. when the bill came it was over $85--and yet the manager had actually asked us to leave because we hadn't ordered enough. i continued to go in recently even after being pestered repeatedly by a drunk woman who regularly sits at the bar most nights. the fact that she is allowed to sit there and bother patrons, and be visibly and loudly drunk, but we were asked to leave....is just beyond. there are other similar places nearby: Red Cat, Cookshop, Tia Pol, and others. please consider going elsewhere.

  Trestle on Tenth has its own charm; however, the hostess seemed more interested in laughing and joking with the coupled seated in the window area by the bar rather than attending to other patrons. Table service was quick and attentive, and the bartender was more than happy to accommodate my request to transfer my bar tab to my table. Wish I could have eaten in the courtyard area in back, but the poor weather kept that from being a viable option. I ordered roasted cauliflower and brussels sprouts, which were both well executed. The farfalle was good but not overly memorable.

  A bit of walk from the train, but the place is very cute and cozy. The staff is very friendly and welcoming and they serve unlimited coffee, WIN! will definitely come back once the weather is warmer and we can sit in the garden.

  A nice atmosphere with an exceptional wine list. Fresh, healthy options, they have happy hour everyday, brunch on Sundays, and also a cheese fondue specials! Great options for the health conscious. They also offer a great selection of teas. I had the turkey sandwich with the curry mayo, Great flavors! Highly recommend.
