  We started out with Ken's family at A Pest Pro way back in 1993. Years ago, they began offering "Total Package," a plan to take care of yards, along with pests in the yard or home, for a single yearly price. (They call this "Total Package.") If you sign up for this service, they do anything necessary to keep yards looking nice and pests from creeping in! Their normal service is to come monthly, but there have been a couple of times where we needed them to come out sooner. He has always been there right away...no extra charge! If you don't feel like signing up for a whole year, Ken and his crew will still take care of you on a quarterly or whatever basis. His employees (love Carlos!) are so customer friendly and knowledgeable and accommodating. Can't go wrong here, guys!

  Appreciate the extreme knowledge and resourcefulness from Ken when we had two trees that were not thriving in our yards. He diagnosed the problems (beetles and lack of nourishment) promptly and provided excellent treatment. Keller, TX

  Ken has been working on our yard for the past year and not only am I very pleased with how he has turned it around but more so with his knowledge. He is always very attentive and easy to work with.
