  Just left the store after 15 mins. I was never even acknowledged and the store was virtually empty. Sad because I was ready to buy a bike.

  Took my bike in and had a full tune up. When I dropped the bike off I was worried it was going to get scratched. They would just lean bike up to a bike stand, pole or the wall. When I picked up the bike the man who waited on up seemed as if we were hindering his entire day just buy being in the store. I pain $110 for the tune up and all the man did was hand me the receipt! NO thank you , not a word. Will never go back!

  Piss poor service. I brought my bike in for the free annual service that comes after buying it from them. I also bought a new chain and upgraded to the $35 drive train cleaning in addition to the free standard tune up. A week later, they called and said that it was done, which was when it was due. I went over to pick it up and it was quite obvious that the drive train wasn't touched. It was just like I dropped it off, with about a 1,000 miles of grime on both the back and front gears. The manager then assured me that the cleaning was done, but he would have it done again if I didn't like it. I put 2,300 miles on that bike last year and I cleaned the gears and chain after 1,000. I use the same cleaning products and lube. I know how it should look after being cleaned and lubed. I left the bike with them after the manager assured me that they would clean it again. I went back after an hour after I got to thinking about what else hadn't been done. I just wanted my bike back. I took it to get a tune up done somewhere I trust. The mechanic was able to extract a big ball of goo from the rear gears. A tune up is a matter of safety and I ride enough that I need to know that the bike is going to perform.

  I recently bought two items from Treads at their location in Aurora. Bought one bike for my daughter and an indoor trainer for myself on a different day. I used to work in bike shops, and felt right away that this store has it's act together. The sales person was very experienced, friendly and very helpful. Help was very sincere and I was pleased with the store's overall presentation. I will definitely be going back for more business here.

  Sales and service staff are very knowledgeable with a large number of years of combined experience. Service Mgr. Derek can truly answer any question you have about your bicycle. Don’t bother going anywhere else for your new bike or service.
