  Wonderful, affordable coffee and small snacks. A great place for coffee, especially if you’re in town for a Hudson Valley Brewing release.

  The coffee is bad. The latte was weak and the flavor was bizarrely awful. Possible it was a fluke, but it’s hard to screw up a latte if you have good beans.

  Excellent location. It's quiet, clean, kinda classy. Unlike Bank Square, you cannot buy a beer here, which is kind of a bummer at moment because it's a nice location to sit and relax. Apparently they will be obtaining a liquor license and selling beer soon. But, if you like coffee, they got you covered. Take in the mountains by sitting along the windows on the side, or relax on the super comfy couch and read a book. Either way, this is a lovely addition to the city of Beacon.

  The coffee is fresh, everyone is friendly, and the new space is beautiful. Not much more you can ask for here. That said, the fresh coffee isn't to my taste. It's incredibly bitter and whatever brand of half and half they use doesn't fix it. Secondly, Ella Bella's makes incredibly superior mocha lattes right down the street. They use a chocolate ganache instead of a sugary syrup. I mention this because competition is healthy, and I don't think Trax is worthy of being a second location on the quality of the product alone at the moment. They need damn good coffee, not just coffee.
