  I had the wonderful opportunity of working with Kelly Grinnell, Assistant Branch Manager at Trax CU. She was knowledgeable and extremely helpful when processing my HELOC. The loan process was quick and convenient, taking less than two weeks to complete and Kelly kept me updated through every step of the process by email or phone.   Love coming to the Seffner location!! I have a car loan, bank acct and cc. Customer service is awesome!! Always answer all of my questions! The ladies at this branch definitely know how to treat you well!

  Amazing customer service! Highly recommend for new customers, or for customers who wish to transfer accounts. Heather, the branch manager, has such an inviting personality, and her team is beyond complimentary to all customers. I regret ever banking anywhere else.
