Usually find what I need & the flowers are always beautiful. Mary is so gracious & knowledgeable & helpful. The cashiers on the other hand can be rude. Yvonne lacks motivation & people skills & Roger makes rude comments every now & then. I like to go early on Saturday mornings because I live across town & try to avoid all the traffic during the work week. I've heard Roger say that "people must not have anything better to do on Saturday mornings than to be in the store" & yesterday while buying supplies for mother's day, I heard him say as people were walking in, that "some people look like they rolled out of bed to get to the store". I thought to myself "What a bitter little man". I realize these two have been long time employees but this was their chosen profession & not the customers fault they aren't happy in life!!

Bought a few things for Cinco De Mayo. Fun place to go and buy things I don’t really need.

This business proves customer service is officially dead. I love using local businesses in San Antonio and promoting the whole "shop local" agenda, BUT I strongly discourage anyone from using this establishment. I needed flowers for a company picnic I was planning and I figured I would use this flower shop versus an outside vendor to avoid any mistakes. Upon walking in no one greeted, smiled, or even acknowledged that we existed. I was visibly confused as this was my first time ever shopping for fresh flowers, so I thought I'd ask somebody for some recommendations and questions regarding prices. I tried making eye contact with the employees, smiling, and saying excuse me but everyone pretended not to see me and kept going about their day as to not disturb their schedules. So finally I was able to stop an employee and get them to respond to me and explain some things and the employee named Maria was less than helpful and made it seem like I was interrupting her Day with my questions. After fighting to get some information and place an order, I paid for my flowers and let the shop know that I would be picking them up on Friday morning and told them that this was my first experience buying flowers. No response. Friday rolls around and I go to pick up my flowers and of course the customer service is just a little bit worse than I remembered. I asked the employee what I need to do in order to collect my order that I pre-paid for and they asked what my name was. I gave them the name and they said they couldn't locate my order, so then I see Maria the employee that had helped me before and I let her know that I was here to pick up my order to which she responded, "where is your invoice?" When I told her I didn't have my invoice she said in an extremely frustrated manner, "you need your invoice in order to pick up your flowers it's very important". This folks, was when I lost it. I told Maria that, that is awesome information that would've been great to know upon the purchase of my flowers 4 days prior and perhaps if an employee had taken any time at all even just 10 seconds of their day to stop and explain the process, this all could've been avoided but since their employees are too busy and can't seem to be bothered I had to go on a whim and guess what the process was for buying flowers. Once I was visibly angry and very disturbed they seem to remember their manners and what common courtesy and customer service should be. My point in taking the time to write all of this is that treating people nicely isn't just something businesses should practice but people in general, and this place of business has little to no respect or courtesy for customers and I strongly discourage anyone from ever purchasing any flowers from this establishment. Unless you like being mistreated. The flowers are nice, though.

I've only been here once so far, in preparation for my wedding, but the selection seems awesome. Prices seemed really good, but to be honest, I don't know or do much when it comes to this sort of thing. I got 2 dozen roses for $28 dollars which seem like a great deal! We'll be getting our floral arraignments here, and a variety of other cool things I saw that we can decorate with. I feel like this is a hidden gem. If you have any parties or events coming up, I'd suggest stopping by this place.
