  I placed one small order with this company. YEARS later I'm still getting telemarketing calls from them, despite repeated requests for them to stop. Only do business with them if you like to get harassed with sales calls. They're awful and I very much regret ever buying from them.

  It only takes one great experience to make a lifelong customer, and I believe I've had that experience with this company. I've forgotten the name of the lady that assisted me (starts with an S), but I know she works at their South Carolina center, and I couldn't be more pleased with her service and professionalism. She shipped me free of charge the items I requested that weren't available for pick up at their local store. A company that takes the time to reach out to their customers and provide the best experience is something to be rewarded so I enthusiastically recommend Travers Tool Co. to any would be metalworkers out there, and I will definitely continue to shop with this company.
