::NEIL THE FRONT DESK GUY IS EXTREMELY RUDE!!! Never have experience this kind of treatment anywhere in the world. As I’m leaving I told him I was leaving a bad review and he started cursing me out of the top of his lungs and I’m a lady. I honestly thought he was going to hit me. Planning on calling corporate!

::DONT STAY HERE!! PLEASE DONT IGNORE REVIEWS.The only good reviews on here are from the front desk manager. I walked in with 3 coworkers this morning to check in and the “manager” was sitting at the front desk with headphones on. He said something to us, but we couldn’t hear him at all. So we asked if he could remove his headphones because we couldn’t hear him. He then YELLED at us to get out and that we aren’t welcome in his hotel? We contested saying we didn’t do anything and he told us to get out and we are not welcome! He then went on to tell us the cops were going to be called if we did not leave immediately. This was the absolute worst costumer service we have ever had. We left extremely confused. It’s obvious that we aren’t the first ones to deal with this “manager”. Hope this place gets shut down so this man can try finding another job with his saddening anger issues.

::if i could leave negative stars, trust me i would. we showed up, walked towards the front desk to check in, neil (the desk worker) had earbuds in and began to speak to us. we couldn’t hear and proceeded to ask him if he could remove his earbuds so we could hear. he began to yell at us and told us that we no longer had a reservation. we stood there for about 10 minutes in silence, while neil just ignored us. i have never seen a grown man act like such a child. trust me, you do not want to give business to this motel. there is a reason why the parking lot is always empty and the prices are so low. customer service is non-existent here.

::I would give this place a No star if i could. Where to start hmm, no pool place looks run down on inside, not clean, guest are not allowed to visit?? Only good thing to say was that it was close to a Safeway..If you are by yourself and not expecting visitors this is the place for you.
