  The hotel staff is very friendly, the room is nice and cozy and they are very understanding about a late checkout. Would definitely stay there again for the hot chocolate race in san francisco

  Fantastic Service Great personnel comma older and sometimes not in good repair facilities. The thing is, you can tell everybody who works there is trying really hard to make sure that place is comfortable and in better repair.

  Yes, the room is clean, room has a refrigerator in it, no microwave. . Ice machine had no ice .. the room that I was given had a view of a wall.. which just means that I don't have to worry about closing the drapes .. All in all its not a bad place to stay. There are a few things that need to be fixed.

  Very clean tidy. Also located in a great location. Right between fisherman's warf and golden gate bridge. And a block behind it had many little convenient restaurants and stores. I did not experience any bed bugs here.
