  We stayed here because of the location. When we pulled up we liked the looks of the hotel. Our room was nice and big we had a 2 queen bed room. we had a fridge no microwave. The view was nice. It was about a 10 minute walk to Pier 39. Lots of places to get food within walking distance. The staff was wonderful. Parking is tight but they have covered parking. The breakfast was just your basic hotel breakfast nothing fancy but free. Needless to say we will be staying here again. we felt very safe here with our son.

  Big and spacious room, excellent location to pier 39 and the surrounding activities. About 15 min walk to pier 39. Great as long as you don't go in expecting a hotel standard. Parking at $20.

  It was not great. It was in a great location. The beds and pillows we're really hard and not very comfortable. When we got there our cards didn't work so a guy had to come and help us and got it on the first try then said there was no trick. The parking for the hotel cost 20$ a night which they did not tell us about until we got there. The shower was warm but had bad water pressure. The breakfast was small they just had muffins eggs and yogurt and coffee. It tasted good was just limited.

  My friend and i booked king beds(no fridge no microwave we had a cooler) here and checked in early enough to be neighbors. This hotel has doors linking rooms to one another which was a major plus made our trip very memorable. We stayed on the lowest level which had upstairs foot traffic from the stairs. I would advise to request a higher level if u are a light sleeper. Although it did wake me up i was not bothered by it. I liked being able to walk outside directly to the car. Parking* we arrived late on Saturday and parking was very very limited. They have a pile of dirt on good spaces.... idk. We moved cones and parked in red.

  部屋は広くとても清潔です。水回りも、お掃除が行き届いています。又、備え付けのハンガーもあるし、コンセントの数もおおいです。 ただ、古いのと、複雑な建物の構造なので一旦敷地から出てフロントや、朝食場所まで行くのが不便。また、朝食場所へ行くには、外の階段を昇るので大変です。私の泊まった日はすごい雨で、朝食に行くのにものすごくぬれてしまいました。 後、トイレが詰まっていたのにもビックリです。 それ以外はスタッフも親切でフレンドリーだし、チェックイン前も荷物を預かってくれるし、コスパも最高に良いのだけれど・・・。メンテナンス不十分で星3個にしました。
