  I can't believe I waited over 7 years (of seeing the yoga sign in the window), to join. I love, love, love this lady. She is hands on a beautiful person inside and out and I mean hands on. She gives attention when needed and very attentive to each and everyone of us in the class. I have been going for almost two months now and I am loving that I wake up pain free in the morning. I can't say enough about how wonderful Yoga is. Thank you Nancy and I can't wait for my next class.
