  Beautiful space for lagree; instructors typically demo and/or give form correction. Climber class is strange; techno in a blacked out room with people moving like mice on wheels.

  Had a great experience doing the Lagree method at Transform. Super hard class that engages the slow twitch muscle fibers and will leave you sore the next day. It is a slow paced class without a lot of impact, helps you strengthen from within.

  Visiting Denver and found this incredibly challenging class in a welcoming studio environment. I took a class with Beth, the owner, and really enjoyed/worked my body to the max. It's 50 minute of controlled and intense movements. Highly recommend for anyone!

  I've taken a couple classes here now and also several other lagree classes in Denver and I can say that this one is my favorite! It is definitely the best spent 45 minutes. It is HARD, but so effective. The space is beautiful--open and bright and airy, and everyone on staff has been extremely friendly to me. Definitely recommend for a killer workout!
