  Great addition to the Eastern Market and Navy Yard neighborhood. Great wine selection and quick delicious recipes for great date night at home.

  Just love to be able stop shop in route home without having to go out my way. Perfect location, great healthier options. Just wish the store was larger (2 or 3) store space in one. Thanks for opening up at Eastern Market.

  So thankful to have a Trader Joe's here! Wonderful selection of fresh fruits and vegetables. I've now started doing 99% of my shopping here since the prices and quality are great. Yes, this store is insanely busy and they do run out of thing often during peak hours (don't go on weekends) but the staff are always friendly and the line moves fast. :)

  A little pricey but I love their foods. Always fresh. Friendly staff and helpful even though you'd rarely see anyone for help. Maybe they'll need more staff? Funny considering their opening day, they had so many staff members that you'd literally bump elbows with them. They were everywhere... the food is a bit pricey if you're considered low or middle class working. It pays to eat healthy but I definitely had some very good quality food from here. It's actually more affordable than your average health food store such as the Yes Market down the street from them. I rarely go in there since its too pricey.

  Decent Trader Joe's! Only negative is that they are often out of some of my vegan/vegetarian favs (coconut cultured yogurt, meatless meatballs, certain Indian dishes). Stock more please! As others have mentioned, it is very busy and crowded during peak hours. However, the staff is wonderful. There is always a long line to check out but it moves fast because there are a ton of registers. I love that this they employ young people who live and are from DC. There is a garage and parking is validated.
