  I went there today thinking I was going to get to pawn some items and they said jewelry got to have weight, speakers got to be Bluetooth, no keyboards, and I had more stuff he barely look at my stuff. I drove in the rain because I saw good reviews. For me this was the worst.

  I have a rare guitar. Other pawn shops in the past didn't want to take the time to research my guitar to determine it's value. These guys took the time and found out that yes, it is a $2000 guitar (that's the used price) and not shrug me off like I'm trying to pull some silly scam. Now every time I go back to get another loan, I'm in and out in a few minutes. They're always cool and they don't follow you around the store like a used car salesman! I've also bought from them and they gave me a great deal on a guitar amp... it was in good condition and still works to this day. What's not to like? I don't live next to them anymore, but I still drive halfway across town to go to them. My old lady sometimes goes to a pawn shop close to the house and there's always some kind of issue, maybe she'll decide it's not worth the hassle and drive to Trader Jim's... honestly!

  Bad experience employees where very unprofessional everything seamed sketchy like I was about to have my identity stolen and all the employees had a smirk on their faces and just laughed in the corner . Made me feel really uncomfortable. 2017. Be careful with identity theft.

  Excellent staff. The employees at this store have a serving attitude. They have everything from A to Z for sale. An excellent display of firearms, electronics & musical instruments. I was really impressed with the large amount of firearms but the most important part of this review is how well customers were treated. Great pawn shop.

  I have driven by this pawn shop hundreds of times. Today, I was seeking a used shotgun & stopped in. WOW!! ***The curb appeal of this pawn shop is not great. Walk inside & you will be shocked how clean and well organized this shop is. They make use of every inch of this store. They have a large collection of new & used firearms. ***The rifles, handguns & shotguns are clearly displayed with brand, caliber & price for all to see.*** This has always been a pet peeve of mine. ***Good collection of musical instruments also. I found the manager (Travis) to be respectful, professional & very knowledgeable. Not much to dislike here. Even the pricing is good & competitive. Anyway, my experience was awesome. I am not associated with this store in anyway other than a 1 time customer.
