::This toys r us is ridiculous no wonder they’re going bankrupt! Came today to pick up my lay away and I see them from the back room throwing the boxes. Like I spent $200 on the things I put away. Theses employees don’t care since they didn’t pay for it. Not even the best part the lay away cashier horrible attitude “ lil Felicia” has no customer service then gave me a nasty attitude when she asked me to sign off my layaway after I told her no because I’m missing things from my layaways which I’m not going to sign for until I get everything I paid for. Really need to step up your customer service here. Just cause we’re in the Bronx doesn’t mean we don’t deserve amazing customer service!

::Awful! Workers are incompetent & ghetto with zero customer service skills. On 12/7/17 around 7pm I went to put a final payment on a toy layaway. The cashier was complaining to me about her coworker, who she was covering for, taking an extended break. Strike 1! After I paid I waited over twenty minutes in the area the cashier advised me to wait. I asked the cashier to inquire about my layaway. She calls the layaway department over a walkie talkie to ask. The layaway department replies "What layaway?" Strike 2! At this point I'm livid. I go speak to manager Fred who asks me to wait and he'll be with me. Instead of waiting, since I'd already wasted enough time, I go speak to another manager only to be told my layaway had been placed at the Customer Service desk on the OTHER SIDE of the store for the past 20 minutes!!!! Strike 3! I was fuming and no one even offered an apology for the waste of my time and their lack of communication. Very disorganized & lackadaisical. This store will not see a red cent of mine ever again! It's a shame when a local resident has to travel outside of where they live to avoid this type of service. I will not put up with this & if you're reading this you shouldn't either!
