  This store has always been my go-to store since I gave birth to my daughter last year. There is a great selection of products here. So sad that it's closing.

  The atmosphere was good. The Staff was Professional. I Love Toys R Us. I am sad that they are closing.

  This store is my least favorite to visit of all the locations I have access to. The phones are non existent. They do not answer. Staff is hard to find around the store. Customer service representatives are always disgruntled. The lines for check out are always long. The one star should be that the bathroom was actually clean and I didn't need a key to get into it. Other than that it's a waste of a visit. Now that the company is going out of business the products are priced too high. Even with supposed discounts you're paying far higher prices than you would at other stores like Target and Walmart.

  This store allowed a fake Visa card with my stolen numbers to be used criminally and charged over $400.00 unaware to me. How they got these numbers are a mystery, but I have an idea that it was the a Capitol Diner that gave these crooks my number. I only used this card there while I worked in the Bronx back in 2010-14. I now live 2000 miles away and I have never visited this store in my life. The management should be more careful when criminals steal products with a fake credit card. My bank had to eat the loss of the following illegal purchases: $326.61, $13.54, $75.02, all scammed on 12-15-2015. Avoid this den of thieves. Was this an inside job? I will never know. I hope all these toys blow up in the face of this criminal who got merchandise illegally and who makes all of us pay higher prices for everything. This is such a rip off! People like these not only make me sick, but they drive the cost of everything up, up, up. How can anyone give toys to a child that have been stolen? A sociopath, that's who, no better than a Bernie Madoff. MAY YOU ROT IN HELL! P.S. (09/21/2017) GLAD TO HEAR TOYS R US ARE FILING BANKRUPTCY. SERVES THEM RIGHT. AGAIN, WE ALL PAY FOR THEIR GROSS NEGLIGENCE.
