  They have nice toys for kids, but the workers are rude. One of them was following my sister and I around as if we were going to steal. I went in to look for a toy for my daughter not to steal from the place. Everytime I would look up from the toy I was looking at he would be behind us.The lady who rang us up wouldn’t hand my change to me I had to pick it up out of her hand because she just stood there. I don’t think I’ll be going there again. Not worth the trip if I’m just gonna get treated so rudely.

  Absolutely love this store. A wonderful selection of unique and cool toys and gifts. They carry a nice amount of inventory and if you're looking for Playmobil, this is certainly the place to go in Charlotte!

  I like coming into this place to look at all the toys. Very nice selection, but usually too pricey for my taste. I don't think anyone has ever offered to help or anything when I have been in which is kind of sad. If they want better customer and store relationship, they should probably greet their customers or offer to help find something for them.
