  My Dad was there.Terrible place.He fell the first night from the wheelchair they allowed him to sleep in.A nurse asked if he was Muslim because she said she found him on the floor where he fell.Sad! He was placed in this cubicle at several nights in a wheelchair and not in the bed.That's where my mother would find him at 7 in the morning sleeping and in pain.They would not allow my mother to take him to his room to sleep.They did not come when called.Said they were short staffed.Do they get a " short check " from the insurance.No!

  I had my aunt stay here because she needed some rehab after her fall and we didn’t like it one bit. The care is bad, and the rehab is even worse, she fell another time while she was there too and they didn’t care. It’s also a really bad neighborhood, my mother definitely didn’t feel safe from the parking lot to the building.

  I can't say enough about the rehab center, my mother has done so well, however, because of misinformation, lack of communication with her insurance, I received an abrasive phone call telling me to have her out by a certain day or be prepared to pay. Despite my mother's deficits and my inability to care for her at home. I am still in shock about that conversation. Very hurtful, that no one at that moment would work with the family to help clear that matter up and want to do what is best for the patient.

  My mom needed to go to a rehab center after being at a hospital for almost 3 months in critical care unit due to a triple bypass and many complications. I was given a list of rehab centers, I went to visit almost all of them and got so sad and disappointed but when I went to see Townhouse, I fall in love with that Rehab center. My mom stayed there for almost 3 months and got great care. She is home now thanks to the care at St Francis Hospital and Townhouse Rehab Center. I recommend it and I am very thankful with all the personnel who took care of my mom.

  My mother had been at the Townhouse for a year. She is getting unbelievable care. My mother looks forward to rehab as well all the other activities. The staff is kind and welcoming. The facility is extremely clean. The administration is excellent. They are running a top notch facility.
