  The staff on the the 4th floor physical therapy is non responsive and then with an attitude they don’t answer the desk phone and my mom is in a diaper because it takes over 45 minutes for them to respond to her nurses button to use the bathroom. The food is horrid but we can live with that since we can bring food up. The problem is the nursing staff and front desk. They don’t want to be there and they show it. I have seen so many staff members napping on the job it’s a sad situation Patricia Park
