Comfy rooms. Great kitchen but sink stopped up from ppl letting food go down the drain. Nice and courteous staff. TV was on its last leg. Heated pool. Nice hotel.

No problem with the room. My wife is in a wheel chair and this hotel does not have automatic doors. I had to push chair through a first door that was normal sized, then through a second locked door the same size. Quite a struggle. The last night we were there, there was a large group of teenagers running through the halls. Very loud! It took me 2 visits to the office to have them do anything about it. Front desk clerk did not want to call police on kids. I told her if it happened again that I wouldn't hesitate.

We were visiting for the weekend and every other hotel in the surrounding area was booked, so we had no choice but to stay at TownePlace Suites. We paid $280 for one night (it would’ve been almost $400 if we wouldn’t have booked online) The breakfast was terrible. The room, however, was nice and comfortable.

Very clean room. Staff was very friendly. It’s not too far from the French Quarter. Love having the kitchen and the small workout room. Shopping Center is very close by. It’s also not too far from the airport. I had a good stay. I will return to NOLA and stay at the same hotel again.

I love the TownePlace Suites line of Marriott hotels. They are usually fairly new, but this one seems a bit dated, although the kitchen and bathrooms have been updated. Customer service was great and they have a heated pool. Overall, it was a nice stay, but I would usually prefer something a little bit newer.
