::Stayed here for a week for work related business. The staff was very friendly and my room was cleaned every day when I left for work. Also loved the complimentary breakfast each morning. There were a few nights that there were some loud guests, but hotel security was around to quiet it down.

::My key card stopped working...Did you know that if you place your cell next to a key card, your key card can be deacivated? I called the front desk and a very nice young man appeared in minutes with a new card. I appreciated the fast service!

::Nice place to stay for work. They were able to accommodate my request for a quiet room and it was fantastic, didn't hear a peep for my whole stay. It's so refreshing to have a restful hotel when you're working on the road for months out of the year. The rooms were clean, parking was underground and breakfast was nicer than standard. My coworkers enjoyed the grill and on our last night we had pizza in the pool table room. My dishwasher broke and they were able to get it fixed same day. I hope we can stay here again when in Minneapolis! Front desk staff were all very friendly as well!
Golden Retrievers
::Staff is so amazing! We had 2 golden retriever puppies with us. Love that they are a dog friendly hotel that have very nice rooms, great beds and over the top service. The hotel shuttle service gave us a ride to the airport @ 330 am and picked us up after a long day of flying @ 7:30pm. We stayed one night and they let us keep our car @ the hotel all day then picked us up again when we returned. This was over the top service! I appreciate your smiles and friendly attitudes! Minnesota Nice!

::The hotel was great. Our group of 40+ all stayed in the suites for the Bears/Vikings game and New Year's Eve. The staff was friendly and accommodating and the breakfast was fantastic. They also had coffee, tea, hot chocolate and hot apple cider in the lobby at all times. The lobby was adorable with some couches and a cozy fireplace. Overall a great stay!
