  I'm a decorator and I adore the Town School! So many wonderful and unique finds through the years! Half of my house and my clients houses too have a fabulous something, something from the Town School. Most of the inventory is culled from the estates and elegant pied a terres of old school San Francisco society so you can piece sure almost anything you purchase has been lovingly cared for through the years. I'd be lost without them and stop by at least once a week. I was definitely bummed when they had to move to smaller digs two doors down from their former, much larger space which enabled them to sell more large pieces such as tables and chairs etc. Conversely I'm beyond thrilled that the greedy landlord who raised their rent to unsustainable proportions has been unable to lease their old space and it is still sitting empty almost two years later. Go Town School! Cool and classic always wins!

  Uggh. This place is clean, but the prices are out of control. $75 for a used Marc Jacobs t-shirt? $50 for a dress from Forever 21? Really?! It looks like they have some nice stuff, but at those prices, I'll pass.
