  Went to this place for inspection. Although the car was four years old, it had only 17,000 low speed miles on it. Was told that it needed brake pads and rotors. Rotors last from 30,000 to 70,000 miles. You decide

  Terrible experience. They did some work for me and used bad parts. I had to go to another service station who did the right job. When I tried to get a refund, they gave me the run around and never gave me back my money that they promised. The guys never even test drove the car. They told me to do it, as if I'm a mechanic and now what I'm looking for. The two young guys dont seem at all interested in their business and rely on the old man (who should retire) and the Spanish guys (who dont have licenses to test drive cars...This is what I was told) This NYC where customer service goes a long way, and this place used to have it, but not anymore. Do yourself a favor and go somewhere else....so many better mechanics in the neighborhood.
