  The barber Bill was absolutely great. Best shave I've ever had. He was patient and meticulous. Was in and out within 30 minutes easily, feeling so fresh and so clean. There are a ton of hidden gems inside Carew tower and this one is an absolute must for anyone needing a quick shave or haircut. I've now found my weekly guilty pleasure.

  Went for a shave. The barber was nice and did a decent job. However the cleanliness of the establishment was to be desired. Around the chairs there was hair and not just from one person. It looked to be 3-4 people's hair all around the chair. It looked very unsanitary and unprofessional.

  Best place to get a haircut in the city. So convenient, being in the Carew Tower. Fair pricing, great cut.

  Niki was great. Excellent attention to detail and fun to talk about baseball with. Price was fair for the very good haircut!

  I moved to Cincinnati a little over a year ago, and was on the look out for a new barber. I strolled in to Tower Hair Designers and was promptly given a great cut, now it's where I always go. Good prices, good conversation, and a historical location. I highly recommend it.
