  They do a good job but there are often swirls and other little scratches on plastics. If you’re super picky about your car, you may want to find a “gentler” wash. They have a detail department that does very well with the clay wax. But that starts to get pretty expensive.

  The only place I go to for a professional job at a reasonable price , inside and out , no long waiting period , need a car wash? Try it , I'm sure you will like it 😂😂😂.

  Hard to find a car wash service like this that does a decent job in SF (outside SF, they do a better job in general, I've noticed) but this place is much better than anyone anyone else in SF. Best place in the city, IME. Where the SFPD go to get their cars washed, too.

  I went to jhon and found that my back windshield washer broke off after I went through the wash. Why 4 stars then???? Because the customer service afterwards was fantastic. Cedric the owner personally contacted me and saw that the wiper was replaced at no cost to me. I was really impressed by his professionalism and how he took ownership for what happened. I would be happy to support this business solely on the fact that their customer service is outstanding!
