  Tous offers only a 14 day return policy which is very short compared to the standards. After they sold you the product, you will experience extremely unprofessional staff communication and unfriendly service at this store. It's no use even filing complains to the Tous customer service since my case hasn't been solved for more than a week now and it does not seem that they care at all.
