  Terrible return policy!! NOTE:ONLY IN THIS LOCATION!!! I've been a Tous customer for years, I used to go to the location on Soho, then here. Since I have been a customer so long I get a 10% off. Once I bought something, at Soho location, that I got mailed to my home and I ended not liking it. I returned it with in a week and I got a full refund. Today I came to this location to do a return. When I tried the return they said it not possible because I got a discount, REALLY, I'm not expenting to get a refund for a regular price, just for the money I paid. The same say I got the package I let the person who help me with the purchase that one of the items I did not like it and now this.... the person who help me with the purchase was not in the day of the return, she is very nice, but the lady who "helped me" today, for her accent she is from Spain. Dear lady YOU MAY MAKE ME SPEND THE MONEY YOU FORCED ME TO LEAVE IN THE STORE AS STORE CREDIT, BUT YOU JUST LOST A CLIENT! AND ANYBODY THAT ASK ME FOR TOUS JEWELRY, I'LL REFERR THEM TO THE ROCKEFELLER LOCATION. Please educate your self in customer service! Nothing against the brand I love it! Just how things are handle in this particular location.

  Great customer service with beautiful jewelry. They have their signature bear that is well known and looks very nice and simple on anyone! I would recommend checking them our for their quality jewelry and great customer service. You can get some long lasting pieces that will be a great memory.

  Be aware everyone!!! Garden states plaza store They don’t issue return, even I called the company. The company told me I am able to make a return!!!! I bought 18k necklace and earrings two days ago, but the earrings have large post that irritates my ears a lot. Even I love the matching earrings but I have to return them. When I try to make a return in the store, the whole “ no return” episode started, all sales people are no longer nice(cold face) tell me it’s discounted item,so no return!! It’s Black Friday deal, I didn’t ask for the discount. They told me it’s on the back of the receipt. I read it, nothing state clearly no return for holiday deal. I Talked to the sales who sold me the earrings, she said: you have to make sure you want it then buy it, nothing they can do! What a impressive customer service!!!
