  **editing this review a few months later because I now realize I was way too lenient. This was the worst spa experience I’ve ever had. Do not go here. Do not waste your money or your time. The tech didn’t even tell me that the heating blanket turned off and that it would take extra time. I noticed it and had to call her in myself. She didn’t say a word. Just turned it in and left to talk loudly with another employee. So I was a bit hesitant to book after reading the reviews on here. I'm so glad that I chose to follow through with my Groupon purchases so that I can write this review. Online booking is quick, easy, and convenient. I had no trouble reaching them by phone. The technician was okay. The facility seemed clean and well-kept. Both staff members greeted me with a smile and offered me a seat. My tech was 10 minuted late. The table was comfortable although the heating blanket turned off while I was alone and zipped in the bed....so my 20 min body mask turned into a 40 min body mask, (luckily I had no time constraints so no complaints on that!) I booked the body mask/wrap and exfoliation Groupon special. This is the description of that service: *Sea salt exfoliates dead skin cells away before a body mask and wrap, accompianied by a scalp massage, calms and soothes.* So...I did not have a sea salt scrub AT ALL. All I felt and saw was quick dry-brushing immediately followed by a mask. If you do book a service with Touch Lounge Arlington, try to park on 13th st as the entrance is there. Touch Lounge is located in the second floor at the end of the hallway. My complaints would be: 1.) the level of noise within the business while I was trying to relax (slamming of doors and cabinets, etc); and 2.) In the details of the Groupon voucher I purchased, it was stated that I would receive a sea salt scrub and a scalp massage that I did NOT receive: *Sea salt exfoliates dead skin cells away before a body mask and wrap, accompianied by a scalp massage, calms and soothes*. All in all, the staff was okay and the facility was nice enough but the spa service left much to be desired.

  I definitely need a refund from Groupon! The absolute worst! Very poor customer service, does just a regular DIY cleansing & hurries through the process! I feel robbed!

  Tried multiple times across 2 months to get in touch via email and phone to schedule an appointment. I even went in person at scheduled business hours to find there was nobody there. No luck on any front getting an appointment. I will have to get a refund from Groupon.
