  10$ for a boba tea is pretty expensive 😬 which is 60-80% just ice.... plus there are no prices on the menu took me by surprise I have never paid 10$ for such mediocre milk tea

  The price is too high for the product and the service, also what they charge is not what the menu says, you always have to add something to it and it takes you by surprise

  so awful the employees here need to be FIRED. they do not care at all about their jobs. seriously have never seen worse service in my life. also charged me $10 for a drink that was pretty much just milk.

  For what it is they are good. I've definitely had worse but all things considered, the staff was quick. Our drinks were OK we drank it and didn't throw it away so that's how I gauge it. My family drinks boba from all over the place and though this isn't the worse nor is it the best. For the size of the workspace they had to work I'd say it's not a bad place to get a drink if you happen to crave boba tea while shopping.

  Came by this stand in the Arlington Parks Mall. It was 10:50am. This employee was leaned over looking at his phone. I asked for a bubble tea and he says it's not open until 11:30am. I look around and all food places are serving as they are opening up. I feel bad for the owner. Isn't the name of game customer service and making money?
