  This company is unreliable. I found Steven to be extremely unprofessional and sloppy - made promises and did not meet them at all. Highly disappointing.

  Steve, owner of Totally Tankless, was extremely informative and spent a great deal of time on the phone with me regarding our water tank and pump. He was a pleasure to speak with. I could see he was passionate about his career and was very informed and knew what he was talking about. He also was able to provide an appointment quickly even though it was a Saturday. Thank you Steve for your time!

  I hired Steven to install a new boiler. He absolutely takes pride in each specific detail of the install. He has incredible knowledge of the equipment he was installing as well as the process in which he was doing it. It also was nice to know the owner of the company was the man doing the work so there was no lack of communication. Also, any questions that came up, Steven was only a text/call away and always gave a prompt response. He is an honest, and upfront guy and I highly recommend him.

  Steve is dependable, responsive and professional on every level. He is a bona fide expert in the world of boilers, burners and water tanks and gladly answers any questions. We were thrilled to find a certified specialist to maintain our high tech Buderus furnace. Steve totally came through for us this morning when we woke up to no heat with subzero temps outside. I left him a voicemail at 7:30 am…….he called back in less than 5 minutes and was at our house a half hour later. He adjusted a setting and got the boiler humming again in no time. He is also the most ethical and honest technician we’ve ever had in the 30+ years we’ve been in this house. As a courtesy, he didn’t even bill us for the call since he serviced the system in the fall. He’s one of the best in the Hudson Valley -- hands down!
