  I was staying at Paris when I woke up one morning trying to figure out how to claim my gaming voucher. The previous day when I checked in, I was busy and lost track. So, the next morning I woke up did my thing and head downstairs. The booth at Paris had a guy that don't know how to print my voucher. So I left and walk around a little. Ended up at PH and it's also a Caesar's property. I walk up to Total Rewards counter and presented them my ID and players card. Marie Davis look it up and said indeed I had a voucher. I told her the guy at Paris didn't know how to print it for me, but is it possible you can help me? She took my info to manager came back and printed my voucher. I promise her when I get back I'll write a review with her name listed. Fabulous customer service that got me thinking next visit I'll be staying at PH. Thank you Marie! 😉👍

  I've been to Vegas twice using total rewards and I'm still waiting to get some rewards... I guess it takes times to build up points or I gotta "play" more
