  My daughter was 10 minutes late to her appointment and they made her reschedule. They have a 15 minute grace period that they clearly don’t follow

  I called and was put on hold for too long even though I was supposedto be second in line. After I called again I chose the call back option. They never called back! These people obviously do not care about you.

  Waited for 1 and 1/2 hour to be seen. Nurse came in and saw my uncle with his red eyes. Told to come back Monday because they only have one doctor. He clearly needed to see a doctor to get a prescription for his pink eye symptoms. His condition could worsen by Monday. Unacceptable reason not to be seen by a doctor for an urgent illness.

  calling for an appointment is a complete waste of time. To think this facility has a person's life in their hands is anything but negligent. A callback for an appointment and its at least 2-3 months out is ridiculous. Don't waste your time and health using anything total healthcare claims to provide as a so-called provider, otherwise I promise you'll end up suffering and most likely not getting the help you need

  Recepcionist ATTENTION is good and kind but the clinic is very dirty and mostly and the area were the kids are They need to take care about maintaining cleaning her clinics
