  I used to go here when it was Extreme Gym and I loved it! Great equipment and lots of eye candy.

  Decent gym for a body builder or fitness enthusiast. Not much more to offer than just that. Plenty of parking and you'll never wait for equipment

  gym is falling apart, Neil the owner drives all businesses into the ground. It SMELLS, MACHINES ARE OLD, STAFF IS RUDE, THE MAJORITY OF MEMBERS HAVE GONE TO CRUNCH IN BELLMORE. FORTY DOLLARS A MONTH IS ABSURD FOR THIS PLACE.
