  I have gone to many of gyms and the best effective place was this one. Plus the staff is so friendly they make you feel good about your self that you want to go, and that is why you should give it a try.

  It's awesome, kickboxing /weights , sweating/@ most importantly all the instructor's are great, @ caring, making sure you're on track.
