  Walked into the store and no greetings... I walked up to the counter because I had an online purchase .. the girl was behind the register doing nothing ... Didn't even do eye contact with me. I told her why I was there didn't even say hold on be right back just started walking to the back came back with my package ... Another family was ready to be rung up ... She didn't even tell them I will be right with u or anything .. she gave me package didn't even offer me a bag or anything ... Not even a simple thank you or a you are welcome after I said thank you ..

  It's great clothing, but the prices have seriously increased over the years. Used to be a great alternative to mainstream plus clothing, but now in my 40s I find myself able to buy professional work clothes here also. Still able to find graphic tees and shoes other plus retailers don't carry ...but look for sales and clearance or you might as well be shopping LB.

  Service was amazing! Helped me and girlfriend find a nice dress for a party and was just so helpful! Valerie was the best!
