::I love Torrid. Period. I have had a couple bad customer service experiences but mostly good ones. The clothes are superior and they really know how to flatter a thicker girl. They also have awesome perks for loyal customers. I look forward to seeing my Torrid inventory continue to grow. ❤

::My last two experiences at the Aurora location haven't been so positive. I LOVE TORRID. Their clothes are stunning and usually well made. Sadly, it was the customer service this time around that made me question if I still want to shop at the location. I showed up at the location around 4pm on a Saturday. They were not busy. I saw about 3 employees working. I was not greeted nor told the sale nor asked if I needed any help. This was unusual for me since those were the three things I love about Torrid. I was in the store for around 40 minutes and no one spoke to me. I was about to head out when I over heard another customer mention how the sale worked and how great of a deal it was. Fast forward to check out. I stood waiting in front of the counter for over 5 minutes as I watched the manager and another employee talk. I wasnt told they would help me in a moment or to give them a second. Neither of them even said hello or even recognized I was standing there. The manager didn't apology for making me wait. I get inventor and I understand the entire need to get things done, but I was ignored during 95% of my visit. The lady who checked me out even left the ink tag on my shirt and I didn't know until i pulled it out of the bag when I got home. Mind You, I live 45 minutes away from Torrid and I had to drive back the next day to have it removed. When I returned the next day, the manager was a bit rude and the store wasn't opened on time so I once again had to wait. I don't normally complain, but I'm usually happy to drive all the way to Torrid for there fantastic items. Sadly, I don't know when I will be there the next time because of my poor experience.
