  I had such a wonderful experience at such a difficult time in my life. I knew that shortly after my chemo treatments began I would lose my hair. I was frightened and vulnerable. After much research and careful thought I walked into Tori’s. In that moment I knew I was in the right place. Tori’s compassion, kindness and understanding was overwhelming. She got to work immediately to achieve what my “before” pictures portrayed. She did not disappoint! Her artistry and experience far exceeded my expectations. Thank you Tovi for helping me feel confident and beautiful at such an extraordinarily sensitive and traumatic time in my life 💕

  Tovi and rivi are AMAZING!!!! They are so nice and sweet. The customer service is out of this world!! And the wigs are stunning!! There is absolutely no better place to get a wig! 10 stars!

  I wasn't paid to write this post, I just wanted to share a positive experience and give a recommendation. I had a short wig that I bought when i got married 2 years ago that i wasn't super happy with. I wasn't well versed in wigs, sizes and styles yet and I ended up with one that I never wore because i was never truly happy with how it looked. On a whim i decided to contact the company, Tori Wigs to let them know that I wasn't 100% happy with the wig (that i got 2 years ago). I wasn't expecting any sort of resolution or even response but i figured I'd let them know. The response I received was incredible. They said that they want their customers to be happy with their wigs and asked me to come in to exchange my wig for a new one!! A brand new one! I could not have been more surprised or happy! Not only that, when they couldn't find a wig that i had pictured so they custom ordered one based on the pictures i gave them! They blew my mind with their incredible care for their customer's and how they back their products! I just wanted to share, in case anyone needs a recommendation for where to purchase their next wig.   Ever since Tori opened, I’ve been only buying Tori wigs. Tori was a new wig shopping experience for me and lots of others, because they took the stress out of the experience by cutting a wig on your head without having to commit to purchasing it. Who ever heard of such a thing until then? They literally chop a wig to your face and allow you the privilege of saying, “I don’t like it. Let’s try a different one.” Never mind their 30 day exchange policy - also unheard of! But most importantly, their quality is top notch; natural as can be, lasts for years, & they stand behind their product! Comfortable like a 2nd scalp. Their cuts are perfection too. It would be easier if I handed out cards rather than shared contact info, like I’m constantly being asked to do. One thing’s for sure, you can buy a Tori with confidence!

  A wonderful salon experience and high quality, very reasonably priced wigs. The staff at Tori is welcoming, patient, accommodating, skilled and helpful. Nicest people & outstanding customer service. After asking around to see which wigs and salon people were most happy with, I kept hearing the same response - "go to Tori Wigs, their wigs last and their customer service is unparalleled". They were right! I love my new Tori wigs and gets lots of compliments! Highly recommended.
