  This place was horrible!!!!! They decided that I did not need fat on my sandwich because she did not want to pull another shoulder out. Her words exactly then when I asked to get money back I didn't want anything, it took another 12 minutes for the supervisor to figure out how to get into the register to give the refund. The worst Top's ever.

  I typically don’t eat at this location being that the service has ALWAYS been bad. But I had no choice. My pork shoulder sandwich meat wasn’t fully cooked. Called the first Manager offer to replace it. Sure some people lie about the food and try to get over but that wasn’t the case. She told me to come back. Called soon as I got off and that Manager on staff gave me some full long as spill about how they cook the meat, asked me where was my sandwich at after I clearly stated I came in earlier had a picture and receipt. Then told me he couldn’t replace it. He needed the original sandwich. WE SAID our food was going to be messed up and sure enough we get to Office it was. Meat wasn’t chopped just big ass chunks thrown on a bun. Just lazy and terrible. Pork isn’t pink it is white when fully done. And yes like the other say the fries were cold and soggy !

  Got the jumbo #2 combo. Mediocre food. Very little portions on the sandwich. Waste of $.
