  Great food, but prepared for a wait. Even if you called your food in, there will be a wait. Your wait is worth it tho. I’m a fan of the beef sandwich and baked beans. Great portions for the price you’ll pay.

  Went twice in a three week span. Had to wait over 30 minutes the second time for a simple cheeseburger... The burger was definitely not worth it. I expected it to taste like a burger from a barbecue joint, not McDonalds $1 menu. The first visit was better, but still waited for ever for food. Pulled pork is pretty good. Coworker had the ribs, he said they were good, definitely looked good.

  Too much vinegar in the bbq sauce. Long wait time in drive thru. Prefer the Jackson location instead of Frayser Blvd

  Great food and good service. The dinning area is a little run down; but to go orders work great.

  Use to love Tops, but the bbq taste different now..no grill taste to it. They say someone brought the joint. Even the fries don't taste like potatoes. It's a shame. They ruined a good thing
