::Based on a recommendation I tried Topper's for a very special occasion this last weekend in Seattle. I was blown away by the customer service and the delivered products. The bouquets were nothing short of artistry... so glad I spent the extra couple bucks by choosing Topper's over other florists. If you have an occasion or event that needs a delicate touch give them a try. BTW - Tom was a pleasure to work with... I would ask for him.

::I ordered a bouquet of flowers to be delivered to my sister's work in downtown Seattle on a Friday afternoon. However, my sister left work before the flowers were delivered. I called to let them know this and they delivered a second bouquet to her home in Bellevue the following day for free. They had also told me they did not have in a few flowers that were in the photo of the bouquet I ordered, so they added some chocolates to the order for free as well. I have never experienced such amazing customer service. The bouquets were beautiful too and I would recommend Topper's to everyone.

::This company is amazing. The quality of the customer service is just as good as the quality of their floral arrangements. They always help me out in a crunch (I may happen to be a last minute person, oops! Sorry guys!) and they always do everything they can to help me out, and they never let me down! They always go up and above my expectations, and are very friendly and helpful. This quality of customer service isn't something you see much anymore! Not to mention the beautiful flowers they put out! I'm always in awe!
