::This use to be a good place to quickly pick up groceries and things. But now their prices have gone up. El Super is just down the street on Long Beach Blvd and their prices are lower. Milk prices are still cheaper here and they will occasionally have good sale prices on eggs so their dairy and vegetable prices are good. But for other items you really need to "pick and choose." One other thing - El Super has been criticised before on their employees policies. So some people may choose to patronize Top Valu instead for that primary reason irregardless of prices.

::Poor Man's Market, Sorry not to be mean. All around place to go just pay attention on what you get. Price not to bad. Majority on quality of produce about average so many improvements have been made. Improvements always a plus. Management Tanya? At the beginning of her first year beautiful cashier girl with a smile. Periodically she has the smile but a rose has thorns. She chooses her own. Authority gone to her head hard worker I suppose but she likes to Snap the Whip.

::Good neighborhood market Top Value is a good alternative for those who need the basics like bread milk cheese etc... I would not buy the produce as it spoils quickly. Prices are higher on somethings than most markets but they have some good sales. Their mexican biorte bread is baked daily and hot and fresh in the morning.

::Love the meat department. Very fresh, produce is fresh, very clean inside, has liquor store in the market. Check out stands are quick, you're in and out. I would recommend that grocery store to friends and family.
