  I wish I could rate less than one star. I no longer recommend this place at all. I started getting my alignment and inspection with these guys 3 years ago. There was a Latino guy there that was cool, and could even use a lathe to make modifications. The last 3 times I've been here they have been rude and dishonest. The first time there was a short employee who kept asking me to sit inside while he messed with my car, the owner told him we were free to stand wherever we want. He was nervous because I had seen him unsuccessfully get my car under the machine twice and almost kick it (SAAB 2011). Second time I went and paid them to inspect a car that I wanted to buy. They told me there was nothing wrong with it. Turns out I had to replace all the liners in the engine, a $600 job and a flex sleeve was cracked by the exhaust , the same short guy wouldn't let me look myself "not safe". Now this third time that I went I was trying to put the past behind and I took my moms car to get aligned. They told me 30min and I waited 2.5 hours because the owner left for lunch and the little short guy stopped working immediately, he smoked the whole time and walked around a Mercedes Benz for like 45min, to top it all off he and all the other employees were all on their phone. They had the new guy (only there 3 months) doing mechanic work, busy work, and try to align at the same time. It was ridiculous. On top of the fact that I almost waited 3 hours, they were lazy, and lifted my car up ( in 15min ) to immediately tell me that I needed to replace a tie rod before they could align it, they charged me $25 for me waiting that long because of their bad employees that pinned everything off on 1 guy, they wouldn't even help him, they just stood there and smoked. I lost more money standing there because it was my lunch break (turned into 3 hours) , and then to be charged for it was the last straw. I cannot with good conscience recommend this place to anyone. They are dishonest and they do not care about your vehicles. I'm never returning to Top Texas Tire, it sad to see how many people they do this to.

  Came in for a simple oil change with no leaks, I paid my money to the manager, as I was pulling off the mechanic came out and say hey did you know you have an oil leak? I said no why didn’t you tell me before or tell the manager? The manager then told him he should have told me prior to but to bring car back and let them look to give me a price to fix it. I left and my oil was pouring out daily. I took to another shop to find out they didn’t put something back on properly. I felt like as a woman I was taken advantage of. I came back with my husband and pointed out the problem and the manager made them fix it. Beware they take advantage of women. 😡

  Hasan was super amazing, I went in for an oil change and was pleased with the pricing. He discovered I had other issues and rectified them as well at a very good price. I will be returning to this shop from now own and will refer all of my friends and family. Thanks guys for a job well done.
