  We had a late night crisis and Doug from Top Notch responded. He was not only efficient, but courteous, knowledgeable and also, a neighbor of ours. He exceeded expectations, opening the apartment with skill and ease. He even gave one of us a ride home to our respective houses when the job was completed, free of charge. This city would be a better place if more people like Doug from Top Notch Locksmith & Security lived and worked here. A true gentlemen — would give him 10 stars if that was an option -- James.

  Fantastic service. Doug was super helpful and accommodating. He came super fast and helped me get into my place as well as replace my lock for a very affordable fee. Highly recommended.
