  I have been coming here for years and will never go anywhere else! Keep in mind that I ONLY let Kim do any of the services that I need. NO ONE ELSE, but everyone is always polite.

  I really like the staff here but I'm not in love with the actual service. Two consecutive visits my polish was flaking off after a few days.

  Rude asf , dont know how to do nails I wouldnt recommend anyone to waste money at this shop

  I got a full set yesterday by Kevin, not only did he cut my real nails w/o asking (usually get overlay) he cut me several times and was more interested in the tv than my nails. My nails are uneven and my finger is super sore from the last cut. He also charged me $45 for a full set and couldn't explain why! I will NEVER go back here or refer anyone.

  ☆Not even counting the current construction, one of the worst nail shops I've ever been to. The pedicure lady stopped painting my gel nails mid-paint to go do another customers eyebrows and the I'm assuming manager a male came to finish them and complained for about five minutes how they call him for everything. I was there to relax not listen to his complaining. I tried to be understanding but he kept going. As I began I see my nails I complained that they looked bad and the gel polish was too thick and their only solution was to put on another coat which I obliged because the clear coat still needed to be done. Then battery on my solar light died. The pedicure tech then told me it looked bad because the color was too pale and the polish was brand new and no one had used it for months. I expressed to her that they should use a better quality polish because I had the same exact color when I came in from a different brand. They did not apologize but both agreed that it looked bad, they didn't even clean my polish up or completely paint my toes. Now i have to pay another shop to scrap this gel off and correct their horrible work. DO NOT GO HERE.
