  Called to inquire about setting up an appointment. After speaking with the staff for less than 30 seconds, they informed me they were "too backed up". After expressing that I had no restrictions on a timeline, they continued to inform me they were too busy for my business. I attempted multiple times to inquire about when the next availability would be, and was met with zero consideration. I called this shop in particular because I have a modified european sports car that I want in the right hands. I was willing to wait, yet I was dismissed before I was even considered. Disappointing.

  Took twice as long as they said and my Convertable top now needs a $1,000 repair.

  Extremely satisfied customer! Top Gear staff went out of their way to ensure my schedule was met and kept me up to date with all the details of the repair. I felt they really care about their customers and do everything they can to deliver the best service!
